Healthy Ice Cream!

Okay, it's not really ice cream, but it tastes just as good! This quick recipe makes about 3/4 cup of "ice cream" and is only 170 calories.

What you need:
~ One frozen banana (peel before freezing!)
~ 1-2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
~ About 1/2 cup of skim milk, depending on your blender and your preferences for consistency
~ Some kind of sweetener - real sugar, honey ... I used Stevia which is 0 calories

What you do:
~ Blend it all together till the chunks are gone
~ EAT and ENJOY!
